Quick & Delicious Dessert: The Perfect Cake in Minutes!

Ingredients:
1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
1 cup sugar
1 cup sour cream
3 eggs
½ cup unsalted butter, melted
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp baking powder
A pinch of salt
Powdered sugar for dusting
Optional: Fresh fruit (like peaches or apples) for the filling
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish or line it with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
Add the eggs, sour cream, melted butter, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients. Mix well until smooth and well combined.
Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish.
If using fresh fruit, add small pieces into the batter, gently folding them in or placing them on top.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean from the center.
Once baked, remove the cake from the oven and allow it to cool slightly.
Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
