No-Bake Chocolate Peanut Butter Bars

Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1 cup powdered sugar
1 cup creamy peanut butter
1 cup unsalted butter, melted
1 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 tablespoon vegetable oil

Instructions:
In a large mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, powdered sugar, peanut butter, and melted butter until well blended. Press the mixture evenly into the bottom of a 9×13 inch baking dish.

In a microwave-safe bowl, heat the chocolate chips and vegetable oil in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until melted and smooth. Pour the melted chocolate over the peanut butter mixture, spreading it evenly with a spatula.

Refrigerate the bars for at least 2 hours, or until the chocolate is set. Cut into bars and enjoy!
