Ham Salad Dip Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 lb (about 450g) of cooked ham (finely chopped or shredded)
- 1/2 cup of mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup of Dijon mustard (optional, for a bit of tang)
- 1/2 cup of sweet pickle relish or finely chopped dill pickles
- 2 hard-boiled eggs (finely chopped)
- 1 tablespoon of fresh parsley or dried parsley (optional, for garnish)
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
- Prepare the ham: Finely chop or shred your cooked ham into small pieces.
- Mix the ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped ham, chopped hard-boiled eggs, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard (if using), and pickle relish. Stir until all ingredients are well-combined.
