Ingredients :
all-purpose flour, baking powder, salt, unsalted butter, sugar, eggs, crushed pineapple (drained), vanilla extract, milk or pineapple juice.
Instruction:
Preheat oven to 175°C (350°F) and grease a loaf pan. In a bowl, cream butter and sugar until fluffy. Beat in eggs one at a time, then add vanilla.
Gradually mix in flour, baking powder, and salt alternately with milk or pineapple juice.
Fold in crushed pineapple. Pour batter into pan and bake 50–60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
