Saltine Crackers with Green Onion

Garlic Parsley Crackers Recipe

Ingredients

20–25 plain crackers (salty or unsalted)
2 eggs
2 tbsp chopped parsley
1–2 garlic cloves, minced
2 tbsp melted butter or oil
2 tbsp grated cheese (optional but recommended)
Salt & black pepper (to taste)
🧑‍🍳 Instructions

  1. Prepare the coating

In a bowl, whisk together:

Eggs
Melted butter
Parsley
Garlic
Cheese
A pinch of salt & pepper
Mix well until smooth.

  1. Coat the crackers

Dip each cracker into the mixture, or
Use a spoon/brush to coat the top of each cracker (as in the picture).
Arrange the crackers on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.

  1. Bake

Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until the crackers are golden and crispy.

  1. Cool & Serve

Let them cool completely so they become extra crunchy.

Perfect with tea, soup, or as a quick snack!
